Plain language, no surprises. This explains what the SYNOVA website collects and what happens to it.
Who is responsible for your information
SYNOVA is a brand of Shashikesh Asset Services LLP (ARN-110098), an AMFI-registered Mutual Fund Distributor. The LLP is responsible for information collected through this website.
What we collect
Only what you type into the enquiry form: your name, email address, country code and mobile number, country of residence, optional city, the topic you selected, your message, your optional contact preference and your consent record.
We do not ask for PAN, Aadhaar, bank details, folio numbers, portfolio values, medical information or document uploads through this public form. Please do not send those through the website.
Our hosting provider may log ordinary technical information such as IP address and browser type for security purposes.
Why we use it
To respond to your enquiry and to have the conversation you asked for. That is the only purpose covered by the consent on the enquiry form.
Marketing consent is kept separate. We will not add you to a newsletter or marketing list from an enquiry alone.
Who processes it
Enquiry records are stored in a Google Workspace spreadsheet accessible only to named staff of the LLP. Website hosting and form delivery use standard service providers acting on our instructions.
We do not sell your information and we do not send personal enquiry details to analytics tools.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are retained for up to 24 months from the last contact, unless you become a client, in which case records are retained under the applicable regulatory record-keeping requirements.
Correction and deletion
Write to yash@sasllp.finance or call +91 78700 42077 to see, correct or delete the information you shared through this website. We will respond within a reasonable period.
Security
Submissions are transmitted over HTTPS and written server-side. Access to the enquiry record is restricted to named staff. No system is perfectly secure, so please avoid sending sensitive financial identifiers through the public form.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not run marketing analytics or advertising trackers. Instagram content loads only when you choose to open it. If analytics is added later, it will be introduced with an appropriate consent approach.
